Pack & Smooch Wishes you a Peaceful and Merry Christmas!

The year is slowly coming to an end. Christmas is in the air. It is high time to stop and look at what has been achieved. What moved us at Pack & Smooch in 2017? What drove us? What was new? Like every year, when reviewing our books, we try to look beyond the simple facts and figures. For us, the best way to balance our business is together with you.

The past twelve months have clearly been marked by growth. On the one hand, we were able to recruit new employees, and on the other hand, we were also pleased to get our feet planted firmly in new sales areas throughout the world. In virtually every direction new customers and contacts were added, in Japan, on La Réunion in the Indian Ocean, in the USA, as well as in Denmark and Sweden.

Relaunch of our Website: Crisper, Cleaner and Quicker

Since autumn, no matter where you click in our webshop, whether on Corriedale, Hampshire or Shetland, you will find yourself in completely new surroundings. We have given a crisper and cleaner layout, making everything clearer and easier to use. Thanks to the new “Responsive Design”, the website is now optimally displayed on all devices. And because we have also switched to a new server, you can breeze through the pages of our fresh new site with the greatest of ease.

Another technical innovation is our customization feature, which we developed in 2017. With it, you can literally put your own stamp on selected products – online. Eight characters in upper and lower case including punctuation are possible. In addition to the blind embossing, you have the choice of gold or silver. Start with the Keswick wallet and the Kirkby mobile phone case.

Our New Accessories Combine Function and Fashion

Mega-Innovative, we also came out of the gate in 2017 with a series of brand new products. Take the Heidschnucke for example, our attractive, robust and comfortable wool felt wrist strap for your camera. The ergonomically shaped felt strap with its strong leather buckle is suitable for all models. It is easy to open and close, yet offers solid protection against dropping.

Straps can be more than simply practical, they can also be fashionable accessories. And our newcomer Wiltshire proves it. The camera strap combines high quality with function and style. And does so without the oversized logo of a camera manufacturer. Wiltshire easily carries up to two kilos. Thanks to two quick-release fasteners of different sizes, the same strap can be used for different camera models.

No More Rat’s Nest of Cables: Pack & Smooch Cleans up Your Bags

It’s what’s inside that counts for our new Corriedale XS Cablebag. Specifically order and security in your bags. Pack & Smooch has shrunk the Corriedale for this exact purpose. Equipped with three flexible compartments, it offers optimum storage space for all your technical accessories, such as mouse and charging cables, adapters, USB sticks, headphones and much more. Ultra-flat magnetic locks ensure safe and comfortable handling.

Our cable tie set, which consists of leather buckles, delivers four innovations at once. They can be used to tie up each individual charging or headphone cables in bundles – whether for stowing it in a cable bag or loosely in backpacks, briefcases and travel bags. The set includes buckles for thick and thin cables. The punched holes allow for permanent attachment to the cable.

Wool and Leather Mouse Pads: Guaranteed Non-Slip Surfing

Our rather superficial inventiveness is exhibited in our mouse pad 21, which enriches our assortment with both a woollen and a leather option. At 21 cm across, it is suitable for all commercially available computer mice. The back of our wool-felt version is constructed with an anti-slip coating made of natural rubber, the leather mouse pad sits on a vacuum foil. Non-slip guaranteed!

We thank you for your loyalty! And for the fact that you repeatedly support us in our work. We wish you a peaceful and merry Christmas. Curl up with your loved ones next to the fire and enjoy your holidays!
